Coming to Thailand over Xmas period - will travel around a bit.

Am reading mixed reviews of Koh Lipe - some say untouched and fantastic, others not good vis and ropey diving, fished-out.

Other problem is it's pretty far, so don't want to spend a day traveling all the way south and being disappointed.

Can anyone advise? Many thanks in advance
